Comfort Mug — I am allowed to rest.

I am allowed to rest. I made this mug for the moments you need permission to pause, no explanation needed.

I'm Mary McConnell, a survivor and RTT hypnotherapist. I created Words to Hold so the words that helped me could sit quietly in your everyday life. The wording is gentle and private. It reads as calm to anyone who sees it.
