Gentle with myself. I made this crewneck for the days you need a reminder, right over your heart, to treat yourself with the same kindness you give everyone else.
I’m Mary McConnell, a survivor and RTT hypnotherapist. I created Words to Hold so the words that helped me could sit quietly in your everyday life. The wording is gentle and private. It reads as calm to anyone who sees it.
- 50% cotton, 50% polyester, pre-shrunk
- Classic fit with soft air-jet spun yarn
- Ribbed knit collar and double-needle stitching for lasting wear
Due to the fabric, the White color may look slightly off-white, and the Orange color can shift a little in different lighting.

Chest width is measured flat, armpit to armpit. Sleeve length is measured from the center back of the collar to the cuff. Measurements come from the supplier and may vary by up to 2 in (5 cm).
